In addition, when using these distinct services (Syntactix Digital or Syntactix AEC), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

Syntactix Inc. provides consulting services in two primary domains:

• Digital Services: Software engineering, cloud architecture, AI integration, and full-stack development.
• AEC Services: Civil engineering consultation, structural analysis, BIM modeling, and estimation.

The content provided on this website is for informational purposes. Actual services are rendered under separate, specific contracts agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Syntactix Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Client IP: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to use the website or its services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Syntactix server, or the network(s) connected to any Syntactix server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Syntactix Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.

6. Accuracy of Information

AEC Division: While we strive for accuracy, the preliminary estimations or technical insights provided via the website or initial free consultations are for reference only and do not constitute certified engineering drawings or approvals unless explicitly stamped and signed by a licensed engineer under contract.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
